Il processo di votazione coinvolgerà i capitani e gli allenatori di tutte le squadre Nazionali del mondo, una votazione online di fan ed inoltre gruppo selezionato di oltre 200 rappresentanti dei media. La votazione inizierà il 25 novembre e terminerà il 9 dicembre. Regole di assegnazione.
