Mercoledì alle 14:30 la nostra Squadra Femminile affronterà al Tre Fontane la Roma CF nel ritorno dei quarti di finale di Coppa Italia

Nonostante la vittoria per 6-3 della Roma nella prima sfida, Betty Bavagnoli ha invitato a non sottovalutare l’impegno.

“Il risultato largo dell’andata non ci deve far pensare di avere la qualificazione in tasca, non dovremo abbassare la guardia”, ha dichiarato il coach giallorosso. “Tutta la squadra tiene alla Coppa Italia e vogliamo andare il più avanti possibile”.

“Abbiamo delle infortunate quindi anche domani ci sarà turn over. Dopo la partita di domani ci saranno 20 giorni di pausa che ci permetteranno di lavorare sui recuperi delle infortunate e di andare a recuperare le energie sia dal punto di vista fisico e mentale; vedere così tante giocatrici convocate delle nazionali è motivo di grande orgoglio”.

La partita sarà trasmessa in diretta su Roma TV e su Twitter.

“We have a few injuries, so again there will be a few changes to the side tomorrow.

“But as we have said before, everyone in the squad is excited by the Coppa Italia and we want to go as far as possible.”

Following Wednesday’s game, there is a long break before the next fixture – as international squads meet up for the next few weeks with an eye on this summer’s Women’s World Cup in France.

“After tomorrow’s game we have a three-week break, which will give us the chance to get a few players back from injury and also recharge our batteries both physically and mentally,” Bavagnoli said.

“We’ve seen a lot of our players called up for national teams this week, and that’s something to be proud of.”

The Giallorosse have four players in the Italy senior squad: Elisa Bartoli, Agnese Bonfantini, Rosalia Pipitone and Annamaria Serturini.
